Summary[]

Walking through the crowd in the city, Momo continues to search for Hiyori. Ene whines that they should go home, but Momo refuses. The whole situation is giving Momo a really bad feeling, though Ene mumbles that that is the exact reason why she wants to return home. Momo didn't hear clearly what had she said, and before she can ask Ene to repeat herself, Konoha walks past Momo. This makes Ene yell at Momo to follow him, saying that she should hurry up before they lose him.
In a café, Shintaro, Hibiya, and Ayano are sitting together, with the two boys sitting on one side of the table, and Ayano sitting across from them eating a strawberry sundae. The air around them is tense, with Shintaro questioning Hibiya why they are even meeting with the suspicious girl. Hibiya hopes that she has information on what happened and where Hiyori is, but Shintaro isn't sure if they can trust her. As the conversation between the two boys continues, Ayano gets increasingly irritated. She drops her spoon on the table and points at Shintaro, calling him an outsider that should not be a part of this since his eye color is normal. Her explanation further confuses him, so she activates her eye ability and explains that due to their red eyes, their lives are in danger. She then turns her attention to Hibiya and says that he should take the situation more seriously. Shintaro is terrified of the implications of Ayano's words since his younger sister also has an eye ability. He shares this information with the other two, and after a moment of silence, Ayano urges him to continue. The clock on the wall shows that it is 6 pm.
The scene changes to the Mekakushi Dan hideout, where Kano is lying on the couch and whining how he's hungry. He complains how Kido didn't make dinner since she has been looking for Hiyori for the last six hours, though Seto points out that it was Kano's turn to cook that night. Marry chimes in and says how Kido used to be a lot scarier, and that she rarely talked to her, to which Kano agrees. She speculates that the change of place might be the reason for Kido opening up, though Kano adds that Kido has been cold to him ever since they first met. Marry is silent for a moment and then exclaims that Kido must like him since girls act the coldest to the people they like. This embarrasses Kano, and as Marry continues to press him on the subject, he runs away. At that moment, Seto appears from the kitchen and says that dinner is ready. The girl informs him that Kano ran away, but she changes the subject and asks him if it is her fault that everybody has changed. The expression on her face is gloomy, as she continues to talk about how everyone has changed since the day when she joined them, but Seto pats her head and reassures her that it is not her fault. She smiles at him, but it quickly fades away when she says that she is the only one that hasn't changed.
